HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a track and trace number. Please be patient, as tracking information can take a few hours / days to update.

 

I HAVE RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

 HOW CAN I MEASURE MY RING SIZE AT HOME?  

Ordering a ring can be tricky if you aren’t sure about your ring size. Fortunately, you can do a pretty accurate job at home. Measure your finger with a flexible measuring tape or small strip of paper and convert the measurement using a ring size chart or ruler. 

 

Alternatively, if you already own a great-fitting ring, the process is even easier! You can get your size by measuring the widest part of the inner ring and see how many millimeters there are on the inside of the ring. 

 

Wrap the plastic measuring tape around your finger. Wrap the tape close to the knuckle. This is the thickest part of your finger, and your ring will need to slide over it comfortably. After all, taking on and off your ring shouldn’t be painful! 

• Don’t wrap the paper too tightly. Aim for a snug but comfortable fit.
• Here’s a fun fact: even the same fingers on different hands are different sizes. 
• Make sure to use exact finger you’ll wear the ring on. 
• Your finger size tends to change throughout the day! For best results, measure at the end of the day.

Because our jewelry is gold plated, make sure you treat your jewel the right way. If you do so, you can wear and enjoy it for a long time. Avoid the jewelry to be in contact with chemical products, water, soap, lotions, or perfume. The base material is made of 90% bronze and 10% copper. This base is then covered with a layer of 18K gold.

Please note: the plated gold is just a layer; it therefore runs the risk of wearing off over time. This is not covered by warranty. 

We hope you will be excited about your purchase!  If you are not 100% satisfied with your new piece of jewelry, you have 5 days (starting from the date your order was delivered) to exchange, or to return.

In case you want to return an article please let us know by mail  info@piedrasdemargarita.com. E-mail us your name, order number, telephone number, reason for return, picture of the item and bank account number for refund.

Make sure all items are returned unused, in new condition, in the original package and with the tags still attached.

If the returned jewelry is worn, has small scratches, is incomplete or slightly damaged we cannot refund your money nor give you a new item.

If we receive the jewelry in good condition, we'll transfer your money within 10 days back to your account.

It's your responsibility to deliver the jewelry safe and sound to our address.
